Libra

The Libra is an insurance-approved security safe, certified to EN 1143-1 Grade 0, built to protect cash, jewellery, documents and other valuables at home or in a small office. Grade 0 is the entry point of the European safe standard, and the range runs from 46 to 859 litres across eleven sizes.

Certified Grade 0 burglary protection

Every Libra is independently tested for burglary resistance to EN 1143-1 and certified by VdS in Germany, rather than rated by the company that built it. That gives tested resistance to the opportunistic forced entry most home and small-business break-ins involve. What you can insure inside depends on your policy and your market, so confirm the sum with your insurer.

Choosing your Libra

Sizes run from a compact 435 mm safe that fits inside a wardrobe or cupboard to a 1,900 mm two-door cabinet holding up to 65 lever-arch binders. Choose a key lock or a single-user electronic code lock; the Libra 80 also takes a 90-user digital lock with emergency key override. The Libra 1, 2 and 3 come in Graphite Grey RAL 7024, and the Libra 10 upwards in Graphite Grey or Light Grey RAL 7035. Movable shelves are included, the door opens through 180 degrees, and every safe can be bolted to the floor with the supplied anchor points — the Libra 1, 2 and 3 to a wall as well.
